Volunteer help for Health Fair
IMASC is sponsoring a Free Community Health fair during FIA sponsored India's Independence Day celebration on Saturday, August 7, 2010. It will be from 5 pm to 8 pm at Excellsior High School Grounds. Address - 15177 Pioneer Blvd., Norwalk, CA. We will like physician volunteers (Primary care + Specialists) to come out & help give free service to the community. On an average we expect to see approximately 70 to 100 people. We will provide them with consultation, Vital signs measurements, EKG, & Sugar & Cholesterol tests. There will be a Lion's Club Mobile van that has eye & ENT exam. facilities so we will definitely need an Ophthalmologist/Optometrist & an ENT Surgeon.

Another opportunity for community service
Anekant Community Center in conjunction with the City of Anaheim is organizing 4th Anaheim Health Fair on Saturday, August 7, 2010 & will like physicians to volunteer their time for free service to the constituents of Anaheim & other cities.
It will be from 8 am to 2 pm at Brookhurst Community Center. Address - 2271 West Crescent Avenue, Anaheim, CA. GBS Linens of Anaheim (Mr. Pravin Mody) is the main sponsor of this event. The event is coordinated by Dr. Nitin Shah & it is expected that more than 500 people will participate. Lots of physician volunteer help will be needed.
